These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of GetLuckyFit.life (the "Service"), a web-based software application for logging workouts, meals, and body measurements and viewing your own progress. The Service is operated by Lucky Dhananjaya, an individual ("we", "us"). By creating an account or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

The Service is offered to users in the United States who are at least 18 years old. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account.

2. What the Service is (and is not)

GetLuckyFit.life is self-service tracking software. It is delivered digitally and is fully automated; no in-person or one-on-one services are included in a subscription. AI features (such as meal photo estimates, reading numbers from a body-composition report you upload, and generated workout templates) produce estimates that can be wrong and that you should review.

Not medical advice. The Service does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment and is not a weight-loss program. Nothing in the Service is a promise of any particular result. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise or nutrition program, and stop exercising if you feel pain or discomfort. You use the Service at your own risk.

3. Subscriptions, billing, and renewal

• The GLF App plan costs $29.99 USD every 3 months, plus any applicable taxes.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each 3-month period at the then-current price until you cancel.
• If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until you choose to purchase a plan.
• Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider acting as merchant of record, whose name may appear on your card statement and receipt. That provider's terms also apply to the payment transaction.
• We will give advance notice of any price change, which will apply from your next renewal.

4. Cancellation and refunds

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access other users' data, reverse engineering, overloading the Service, reselling access, sharing your account, or uploading unlawful content or content you have no right to upload.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the data and photos you submit. You grant us a limited license to store and process them solely to operate the Service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, and its branding are owned by us and protected by law.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date, and continued use after that means you accept the changes.
