Delete your account

You can request deletion of your GetLuckyFit.life account and data at any time, whether or not you still have the app installed.

How to request deletion

Email support@getluckyfit.life from the address on your account and ask us to delete your account. We will confirm your identity and delete your account and personal data within 30 days of verifying your request.

What gets deleted

• Your account and login credentials.
• Workout logs, meal logs, body measurements, goals, and uploaded photos.
• AI-generated estimates and insights tied to your account.

What we keep, and for how long

Backup copies that include your data are purged within 90 days of your verified request. Billing and transaction records may be kept as required by tax and accounting law, for up to 7 years, and are used only for that purpose.
